Mungo John Dobbie is the Editor-in-chief of Shimokitazawa Hills, 100%下北沢 magazine, He is a producer for TV CARNAGE JAPAN, a collection of the worst American television, and has been a music video/independent film director, Rosco Magazine contributor, fashion photographer. He usually wears the same clothes and has a bad haircut. Favorite band: Iggy & The Stooges. Drinking partners: Mr.Impossible & TANAKA. Shimokita hero: Touhou Rikimaru. Arrived in SKZ in 2005. Decided on Halloween 2012 to start magazine while drinking at Saizeria with TANAKA. Yoroshiku. Mr. Impossible is SKZ Hills’ Special Advisor and long-time drinking partner. When something special happens, he is there. Or is he?
東方力丸（とうほう・りきまる）
1974年3月3日生まれ、鹿児島県出身。高校卒業後に、1年間のアルバイト生活、その後、1年間アパート引きこもり生活を送る。引きこもり脱出後、フォークシンガー、声優、役者を夢見ながらアルバイトを転々とし、2001年より『漫読家（まんどくか）』として、下北沢を中心に、都内各所の路上、公園等で活動を続ける。また最近では、TVバラエティー番組、イベント等で活躍中。
